Error Code: 0xc004f210, Activation of Window 10 Home

sybrage asked on

I downloaded and installed Windows 10 Home over a Windows 7 Professional installation (factory installed on a Fujitsu notebook) and have been unable to activate it. It fails with this message:

You are running Windows 10 Home. The product key you entered cannot be used to activate this edition.

Error Code: 0xc004f210

Some recommendations were to try to upgrade to Windows 10 Professional, but that option does not seem to be available.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.
