Error (0xc0000022)

When I open Adobe I receive this message. " The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022)."  I have unistalled and reinstalled the program and it is still coming up. I am running Windows 10.

Hi Nathalie,

This issue may have been caused by corrupted application.

We suggest that you try to repair the Adobe by going to Control panel then choose Programs and Features. Right click on Microsoft visual C++ Redistributable and select Repair.

If repairing doesn't fix the error, please uninstall it then re-install Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013

from this link.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

Hello Nathalie,

Since the issue with Adobe has not yet been resolved, we recommend that you follow the steps below.

1. Try to run as Administrator (Right click program on App list > More > Run as administrator.)

2. Try creating a new user profile and check if Adobe will launch properly while on the new profile.

3. Try to disable any third-party antivirus/security software.

Observe if the issue persists.

Your response will be highly appreciated.
