Since the issue with Adobe has not yet been resolved, we recommend that you follow the steps below.
1. Try to run as Administrator (Right click program on App list > More >
Run as administrator.)
2. Try creating a new user profile and check if Adobe will launch properly while on the new profile.
3. Try to disable any third-party antivirus/security software.
Observe if the issue persists.
