Failure Installing Autodesk Maya - Error 1603 & 1619

I am unable to install Autodesk Maya for my new HP Omen Laptop. Have tried different installs and browsed various locations for a solution. Any help is appreciated. Here is the end of the log file.

There are reports of compatibility issues with Maya 2016 and Windows 10. You should contact AutoDesk support to find about compatibility, updates and fixes.

Windows 10 is not listed as a supported operating system at this time:

Hello and thank you for the response.

Unfortunately I have tried this with the 2014, 2015, and 2016 editions. All fail with a reference to DirectX from what I can see. I have a student version of this product so I cannot access support, except for the forums where I posted a similar question a week ago with no response.
