Run the Windows update Troubleshooter and check if it helps:

I refreshed  my laptop and to find out in windows 10, I had to reinstall most of the apps I usually use like word 2013 and office 365 pro plus. and now it is telling me that it cannot update. It keeps telling me "we have to make some changes!" I just want to keep my PC up to date. Please help! Is there something wrong? Did I do something wrong? I hope not! I am so frustrated!
