My Windows Mixed Reality Controller is Having Tracking Issues

I purchased a Windows Mixed Reality Headset and controllers off of amazon during the beginning of January, and received it on January 5th, 2018. It was working perfectly for the first 2 weeks, but now I'm starting to have a problem. For the past few days, the left controller (and only the left one) has had a stuttering problem and will sometimes just jump to a random position around me. I can move the controller in my hand just fine, like turning it upside down or rotating it, however the problem just seems to be the location of the controller in relation to me.

I have tried: turning it off and on again, putting in fresh batteries, restarting Windows VR, Restarting my PC, Disconnecting the Bluetooth and reconnecting, brightening the lights in my room, and dimming the lights in my room. All of which have no effect.

I have considered purchasing a new controller(s), however it doesn't seem they are sold separately, plus I'd like to get some troubleshooting from the community and/or someone working at windows.

(Edit: This is just a problem with the individual controller. this is not true for both of them, it's just the left one)
