bad_module_info Error

When trying to run games such as GTA 5, Fortnite and H1Z1 as soon as I pop into game, I get "bad_module_info is not responding."
error. I need help with solving it, I also can't install my Windows Updates and trying sfc /scannow didn't resolve anything.

Hi ДимитърГунчев, this sounds very much like a bad Video Driver issue . . .

Open Device Manager
Expand the Display Adapters section
Right click your Video Device, choose Properties
On the Driver Tab, click 'Roll Back Driver'

Check for game performance after doing this . . .

Go to the support page of the manufacturer of your system and download what ever video driver they recommend . . .

Windows Update has lately been installing bad video drivers . . .

Do you have an older ATI video card by any chance?

Hi, actually, what might sort all this out for you is as follows:

Open the Settings App

Go to Update and Security

Write down the name of a cumulative Update what will not download

Go to the Microsoft Catalog page - https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx

Enter the KB number of that update into the search box on that page

Download and manually install that update

This should clear the blockage in Windows 10 Update . ..
