Google chrome won't open.

So I went away on vacation and with I came back and tried to open google chrome and it would not open, it just says "

ask for permission You'll need to ask an adult in your family if you can use: 

Google Chrome" then a button that reads ask by email, when I hit that it says "Something went wrong We’re working on it – try again in a little bit. Trace ID: soqOHKT+YESZ8kSz.9.1" 1. my account it set to over 19 and 2. I'm not even in a family

Changing personal information on your Microsoft account such as age is one of the usual reasons why the issue is happening.

For us to identify the root cause of the issue, we need the following information:

  •     How many accounts do you have on your computer?
  •     Was the issue happening on other applications?
  •     Was the error message evident when launching the browser or while searching on it?
  •     What do you mean by "my account is set to over 19 and 2"?
  •     Can you send us a screenshot of the error?

How many accounts do you have on your computer? Just one
  • Was the issue happening on other applications? That I've found only google chrome 
  • Was the error message evident when launching the browser or while searching on it? Edge works fine but chrome won't open at all
