Cortana Broken after Anniversary Update

I had Cortana on before the Anniversary Update, and now she is broken and turned off. Restarting didn't even fix the issue. How do I fix this?

I found the answer on another thread. It's a registry setting. Starting RegEdit, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search, and change Cortana and Bing permissions from 0 to 1

I was just about to do a refresh, but this worked for me.
