Windows Update install failure 8007025D

I have tried several times to update to Windows 10 and I keep getting the error message 8007025D.  Can someone please explain what this error message is as I cannot find it anywhere.  And then I need to know how to get Windows 10 to install.

The follow up error message is:

The installation Failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during APPLY_IMAGE operation.

I have a 3 60gig SSD drives in Raid 0 and there isn't a thing wrong with it.
I can only assume the apply_image operation doesn't like a raid setup.. dunnno for sure.

I thought maybe something was getting the way, so I reinstalled CLEAN..win 8, win 8.1, downloaded all MS updates then ran the 10 install.
Same error again.

My Windows 10 source is the mediacreation tool ( x64) by MS.

MSVP? Anyone? Help! (please).
