Protect Yourself From Tech Support Scams
Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers trick you into paying for unnecessary
technical support services. You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a
Microsoft Agent or
Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an
official
Microsoft global customer service number.
Hi, I recently tried updating my computer the May 2019 update and I got an error saying that I have a driver or service that isn't ready for this version of Windows 10. Is there any way to fix this at all?
I would wait until the update is pushed out to you. There are known issues. One issue could be Battle eye (an anti cheat) If you have it and remove it that may be your problem. There are also some problems with some intel drivers. Here is the list of known
issues.
