windows 10 update problem

hello , i am on build number 1803 and i received some updates from 2 days and successfully installed but after that it showing me on the update page 

Your device is missing important security and quality fixes. and showing me a red sign on the task bar icon is there a solution ?

can't get the update history to uninstall the last updates i tried restarting and scanning also i tried to reset the update as you mentioned from cmd but no luck

KB4346783 is the latest cum update. See whether you have got this installed. If not, you can download this KB update from Microsoft Catalog and update manually. Search for relevant KB in the Catalog.

The first step would be to try resetting Windows updates using an automatic script. See:

Make sure you run the script as an administrator.

Try installing the latest one manually:

You are an Insider?  The profile of your posting profile doesn't show that.  In any case when this happens to me what I do I go to the Insider settings and switch that from preview to update only.

i downloaded it manually and it was done and the build number changed but nothing the update still not available
