Windows 10 update error 0x80242fff

I was updating windows this morning and the PC froze @ 45%. Few seconds later, a blue screen surfaced with an inscription of "WATCHDOG VIOLATION blah blah blah". After restarting, I went back to continue the updates, some of the updates returned error reports, while a few updated successfully. A few restarts and retrials still couldn't resolve the error. How do I resolve this windows update error and this WATCHDOG nightmare? A screenshot of the error screen is attached.

Are the BSOD's persisting? If it was once, I would suggest ignoring it. Though you have tons of drivers that are >5 years old.

You will find the website of the manufacturers here:

WINDOWS UPDATES

Use the Following tutorial to  Reset Windows updates completely and check if it helps:

Reset Windows updates

Make sure to run the script as an administrator.

If the BSOD's persists then we would check the memory and enable driver verifier, but first reset windows updates.

1.You need to share the latest dumps with me for better analysis.

2.

Enable Driver verifier:

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_other-system/driver-verifier-tracking-down-a-mis-behaving/f5cb4faf-556b-4b6d-95b3-c48669e4c983

Do a memory Test:

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_other-system/bsod-memory-problems-test-easily-and-completely/21c3f63f-f570-4522-b2ef-ecc7b7ff6461

Upload the newer dumps when you get Driver_Verifier_detected_voilation

<let us catch the offending driver first, then we would move on to updating>
