Hello GavinMathos,
I'm Jin, a fellow Windows 10 user and an independent advisor.
You can review this article to find out what new features that you'll get after upgrading to the 2004 version of Windows:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/whats-...
The major difference between the 2 versions is if you are using Virtual desktop, you can now change the defaults name to more meaningful names. You'll also get GPU temperature for discrete graphics cards in Task Manager w/o having to install 3rd party tools. And some refinements with the Settings page.
As for upgrading to the latest version, personally, I'm still withholding the upgrade even most of the known issues found on this version has already been resolved. You can also review the link below to know about the known issues found in the 2004 version and it's status:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/releas...
If your device is not using Conexant or Synaptics audio drivers it would be pretty much okay to upgrade to this version already.
Kind regards.
