Windows 10 October 2018 Update 1809

I installed this update on three of my computers. One desktop lost my login password and would not let me back in. I was lucky to find A youtube video on how to get back in without my password. Microsoft should have tested this ver 1809 better. This could cause major problems for users. I would stay clear of this update until all the bugs are removed. Has anyone else had this problem???
There are many kinds of problems reported after installing version 1809. As you have rollbacked, I would suggest you to wait at least for a month if you want to upgrade again.

I did not rollback on any of the three computer I installed 1809 on.  I have five other computers I will wait to install on.  That was the first time I installed an update and could not log back in to my computer. Using the hack I found got me back in so I did not have to reinstall.

Sorry, I misunderstood.
There can be bugs as Windows has to adopt a lot of different configurations. If you can file feedback in Feedback Hub, Microsoft can investigate this.

We just installed Windows 10 1809 thru a fresh install, not an upgrade. After joining the computers to our domain it would not let a standard domain users login. It would let domain admins login. When standard domain users tried to login it would give the error "Windows couldn't connect to the User Profile Service service."

This seems like a bug in Windows 10 1809 dealing with User Profile Service service.
