Windows 10 Delete Dell Storage Manager Driver to update to 1709

I can't update to 1709 as Windows tells me to delete Dell Storage Manager and refers to Microsoft Knowledge Base 941024.

I can't find the Dell Storage Manager, nor Microsoft Knowledge Base 941024.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately it did not work. I've tried a number of fixes, and nothing worked. In the end I got in touch with Microsoft, and they were unable to remove the problem. It took them two separate evenings, and finally they gave up and I had a clean instal.

C'est la vie. At least I tried everything before I called in the big guns. Everything seems to be working OK now. Thanks again.
