Windows 10 blank activation page after resetting my dell laptop with preinstalled windows version

Hi,

I have reset my labtop which i bought it with a pre installed windows version on it , windows was windows 8 then upgraded to 10 for free.

After reset ,  windows is asking me to activate it.

i am facing  a trouble when going to>> settings , then >>windows activation page , its bank , also when going to>>windows security & update ,  i cannot find any trouble shoot button as mentioned at Microsoft help 

i also cant get my windows key product number as i bought my laptop  long time ago

Try entering that product key there to activate Windows

i am getting this error to get my product key using the OEM app you mentioned

Press Windows key + X

Click Windows PowerShell (admin)

Enter the following command:

wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey

Hit Enter

The product key will be revealed, copy the product key then enter it

Click Start > Settings > Update & security > Activation > Change the product key then enter the new product key then click Next to Activate

If you are unable to activate Windows 10 after all the above and you are certain you have the correct edition installed, then please attempt chat support:

Sorry that did not find your Product Key

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run this command and hit Enter

wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey

Does that command find your Product Key?
