After installing the Anniversary Update  it appears System Restore is turned off on all drives.  Is there a reason for this?

Hi

The reason is that the Anniversary Update installs a completely new OS. Previous restore points cannot be used on the new OS.

To see all of the changes, go to Start and open the Get Started app.

You will also notice that all of the Update History is gone.
