Hi guys

I have this problem on my windows 10 professional computer from PCSpecialist Octane 3. I did 3 clean installs and sfc/scannow now with nothing wrong as a result 7 times, dism and chkdsk /f/r 7 times wsreset.exe 6 times and turned off my firewall 3 times. I use mobile internet that peaks at 4-5MB per second that unlimited and i get this problem. i had a chat with a guy called lyandon from microsoft tech support and a women with an unusually foreign name from microsoft tech support and they said use a different internet. i use a different internet then it works but why my internet is the same speed as my mates and ones a uni that connected to a network that slows the connection down any help?

Let's get this issue resolved by following the steps below:

Method 1: Run Windows built-in troubleshooter

We suggest that you run the Windows Update troubleshooter on this link.

Method 2: Turn off Automatic proxy setup

1. Press Windows key + I, select Network & Internet.

2. Click on Wifi and then select Proxy.

3. Turn off Automatically detect settings.

Method 3: Stop BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Updates Services.

1. Press Windows key + X, and select Command Prompt (Admin).

2. Run the following commands in the Command Prompt:

net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
