Please enable IPV6 as MS has made it manadatory in 1809 which should resolve your issue:

IPv6 enabled.

System restarted.

No change in apps behaviour.

Additionally, notifications info does not show on the notification bar.

I got a small number (how many notifications is waiting), but after clicking the whole strip is empty.

Please advise.

How do I remove it first?

It is deleted from MS account but still shows up in the PC setting (I can't see an option to remove it...).

And MS Store again stopped to connect... :-(

Phone re-added.

It does send texts but is not pulling history nor showing the ones that are sent as delivered.

Those were sent OK.

Network reset seems (for now at least) to do the trick.
