Stuck at "Restoring your previous version of windows"

After going into the free Windows 10 Upgrade, I preferred Windows 7 so i used he system restore. After waiting a whole night (not exaggerating) it is still stuck there. I can't boot into safe mode. F8 doesn't work. So someone please help!

I do not have a disc for windows 7, but i have the product key!
