KB3116900 x64 for win10 update failed with error code 0x80070020

Brand new patch (KB3116900) and same sh** as with KB3116908 and KB3120677... it will not install (code 0x80070020). I tried deletion of the uptate package from the download directory, manual install from the catalog, various "DISM.exe /Online ..." approaches, several FixIt's and sfc /scannow's, turning of and on all kinds of services, safe boot's and what do I know... can it really be so hard to build a cumulative patch that can simply be installed??? :(

After 10 days of reboots and applying all the other strategies to fix this,

Method 1, Method 2.....Method 20, troubleshooter continually finding the same error! RESET WINDOWS UPDATE, DISABLE DEFENDER, AV AND FIREWALL...the list goes on

Nothing worked........

Then I saw this and sure enough cleaned out some old accounts from "User Profiles" in advanced computer setting....bam fixed.

Come on Microsoft clean up your code... For once!!!
