How to format Windows 10

Good Morning...

I had a licensed copy of Windows 7 Home Premium, thus i got a free upgrade to windows 10. Soon after installing Windows 10, motherboard developed some problem so i gave it to a nearby technician to correct it..

However, when i got my computer back, it had changed drastically; taking 15 to 20 mins to start-up & working suspiciously slow. when i confronted the technician he said that i will need to format the computer & upon doing that Windowns 7 will reinstall, and if i dont have original product key of windows 7 then i shall lose everything. Suprisingly, nothing changed even when i disabled start-up apps through task manager.

I am bit confused as in what went wrong which has caused my desktop to slow down. I don't want to be at losing end..

How do i format Windows 10

well, its easy, first go to my computer then select drive C:/ then select Format once then it will bring up the format program, simple press the start button.
