Error code 0x80240437

I have been having this problem since version 1607 and I have tried everything and also followed other  threads in the community to solve this problem but unfortunately its still the same for both Windows update and the store. I hope that you can help me deal with this problem and get it to work again. Thank You and really appreciate it :)

This update error is sometimes not a windows issue.

If you run a Kaspersky security product, go into "settings" => "additional" => "network"  and change "scan all encrypted connections"  to the middle setting .
