Thank you very much for your prompt response.

As regards your

  • the change I made to my computer was to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and it was working perfectly when I did. Then, I installed Windows 10 Update Assistant and ever since I did, I have not been able to update Windows 10 to the newest version.
  • I get this error message whenever I attempt to update Windows 10.

I hope that these answers I have provided will shed more light on the issue with my computer.
