Q: App problem after KB4051963 update on 11-30-2017 This thread is locked from future replies

This series of updates to Windows 10 ran on my PC yesterday. Although the update seemed to complete normally, I now cannot use Retrospect, a third-party backup app, which cannot recognize the hard disk (drive C) as a backup volume, even though it can browse drive C. After the update, the Event Viewer showed a number of errors including a problem with that app; the message said something about its needing interactive services but that my system did not allow interactive services. I haven't found any other problems following the update. Do you suggest that I rollback and reinstall the update, reinstall the application, or something else? Thanks for your assistance.
