Error code: 0xc000000f

Hi there

I have a Toshiba Satellite L750 laptop. It never came with a recovery cd. I bought it about 5 years ago new with Windows 8 installed, I have had to upgrade to Windows 10 sometime ago.

I now get this blue screen when starting the laptop up.

I need to save some documents and photos from the c drive.

Can anyone help me get through this without having to use a recovery cd?

Thanks for the link, but my laptop doesn't have a recovery cd. Is there an option to do this without a cd?
