Windows 10 brings taskbar on top of fullscreen-windows after Anniversary Update

So i have an annoying problem that came with the AU.

Whenever i launch a game or application in fullscreen-windowed mode and have for example, Winamp or Google Hangouts set to stay on top of it, Windows 10 decides to bring the taskbar on top aswell.

Now, if i set the game/app to fullscreen, it disappears, but so does Winamp! Also, i use a program called f.lux that does not work with fullscreen mode!

Before the AU i could use a fullscreen-window and have Winamp on top, without the taskbar also coming up. I'd like to stop the taskbar from coming up, but don't want to use auto-hide (didn't have to before).

Can anyone help me out?
