Where is Display Control Panel in Windows build 15063 (Creators)?

The new Windows 10 Creators (build 15063) has removed the Display Control Panel.  Specifically I, and many others, need the "Change only the text size" options.

As Microsoft moves from Control Panel to Settings, ALL FEATURES must be included in Settings.  These sizing options are critically important!

Please restore these ASAP.

Pictures of these features under the prior version of Windows 10.

I tried Feedback Hub and it went into a loop.  I've posted that issue elsewhere on this forum.

Hi,

Start > Settings > Type Display to see a menu appear

The new Display adjustment settings are completely inadequate.   It is an all-or-nothing setting which makes one component too large while another is too small.  They must keep the ability to adjust sizes at a more detailed level.

As I stated two posts above, I have tried Feedback Hub and it went into a loop, which has been reported as a separate problem in other posts to this forum.

For now, my ONLY way to report problems is through this community forum.

Hi,

Since the screen management tab has been removed from the control panel with the arrival of Creators Update, you will find the settings to handle the screen under Settings > System > Display.

Also take a look at these articles:

If these settings do not meet your needs regarding your customizations, you might try to change settings from Windows Registry.

So, as a first step, Microsoft recommends that you first back up the registry: How to back up and restore the registry in Windows

After that, I think it might be easier to apply these changes through utility created specially for this purpose. So I'd suggest you to try Winaero Tweaker. It's a free little program quite simple to use application that allows to customize Windows 7/8/10 in many possible ways and I think it might be useful to you for the changes you need.

You can download it from here.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Alby

There is an "official" response from a Microsoft engineer, Stephanie M.,  in the Feedback Hub with the title "Advanced Display settings control panel was removed".

The first paragraph of her response is:

"The “Change only the text size” option was turned off in Windows 10 Creators Update. Unfortunately, the setting was not supported throughout the entire system. For example, it didn’t work with the Start menu, Cortana, Edge and some applications."

If you disagree with this, I suggest you visit the Feedback Hub and log your reactions there.

To access your control panel simply run and type control panel. Same if you want to do a shortcut.
