My extended display is pixelated in windows 10

Hi Guys,

I have a lenovo y50 4k laptop. I have extended my display to a Dell 24in Screen with 1920x1080p display. But if i have set different display settings to both screens, my screen on my laptop is looking pixelated. Is it because both displays are at different size %? These settings are showing recommended if i have to use both screens. Is there any way to solve this?

Thanks
