How do I change Start Menu button image in Windows 10

Hi I want to change my start menu button in Windows 10 to this one pictured here, I did it with Win 8.1 classic shell settings before and it looked really cool because the orb extended above the taskbars height. I know there's a few programs for Win 7 & 8 to do this but I don't want to try them without asking first to see if there's a safer way. Thanks

As of now you can’t customize the icon of start menu.

What should we do to request that this option be made available in the future? I loved the option to change the start menu icon in windows 8.1 but this is one thing I truly miss since switching to Windows 10.
