Cannot pin Outlook to Taskbar in Windows 10

Hey guys,

I've tried all three ways I know to pin my Outlook desktop client to my taskbar in Windows 10, but none work:

1) Drag and Drop: when I drag the icon over the taskbar I see a 'Do Not Enter' sign and the icon will not pin

2) Right-clicking on the icon on my desktop: there is no option for 'Pin to Taskbar' as there is with other apps

3) Right-clicking on the icon on my Start menu: there is no option for 'Pin to Taskbar' as there is with other apps.

I've also tried removing the Outlook app from the Start menu, but I still have no luck.

Is there a way to pin Outlook, or it it just impossible for some reason?

Thanks....

Open Outlook and right-click the icon that's in the Taskbar.

Unfortunately that only bring up standard menu options - Create New Mail Message, Calendar Entry, etc.

Nothing on Taskbar pinning.

if you go to this path in Windows 10 you can scroll to the bottom and find all the Office "exe" files; right click the file and click option, Pin to taskbar.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16

Even though this may work, it doesn't make sense to drill down to the exe file to pin it to the task bar. I'm having an issue as well. Only now, When I open Outlook 2016 even the icon doesn't show like it should There's a page instead in the task bar. See below.
