Question

Q: Windows 10 - All Programs This thread is locked from future replies

I just upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7.

First thing I notice is when opening the start button I don't see "all programs" How can I get that put on the start menu so I can access all the installed programs by expanding the selection like in Windows 7?

Hi,

Is the "All Apps" option not available in the start menu? It should be right under Power.

Sorry this didn't help.

Yes I have "all apps"

I was looking for Accessories that has Paint,  Notepad, etc.

I just noticed that it is under Windows Accessories. Ugh. I preferred the Windows 7 way of accessing all of my installed programs.

Windows 10 SUCKS. Where are the programs? You say search for them. what if you don't know what it is you HAVE ALREADY ON YOUR COMPUTER. The only list of them is on the install/uninstall list. I want a place to click on them and have them open. not have to SEARCH for them. Windows 10 has NOT advanced, they have reverted to crappy windows again. NOTHING in windows 10 is easier. Whose bright idea was this ****?

Sucks might be a bit harsh but my goodness. I go to "apps" and look for Windows updates. It isn't listed, even though instructions to find it from Microsoft tell you to do this. What's Wrong  Microsoft Folks..?? This IS really unacceptable!! Three Thumbs DOWN!!

I am having trouble finding items I know should be and is on this computer.  It has never been hard on any of the previous versions you put out so I don't understand what has happened or why.  Do you have general users test these changes before you do changes?  If you don't I think its something you should think about.  I am actually glad I did not update my other computer.
