Tiles position error in windows 10

Hi There,
My start menu in windows 10, looks like this:

I have cut some parts, the others are fine, but all the small icons/tiles are not in the proper position. This keep happening even if I change to full screen also.

Any idea if it's a bug or some settings?

  1. Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager
  2. Click File and select Run New Task
  3. Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  4. Type Powershell
  5. Type the following in the Powershell prompt:
    $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
  6. Close the Powershell window
  7. Reboot and check if the issue persists.

On addition to that you may also check updating the graphics card driver.
