Hi

Have you tried either updating the driver for your graphics card or rolling back the driver for your graphics card.

Did this happen out of nowhere or did this happen after some changes in your PC such as a Windows Update?

Let us know what works for you.

Cheers!

Hi Cyrs,

I have updated windows update and BIOS, after this the mentioned issue started.

"i have recently had my laptop serviced and they have changed my motherboard and updated processor from i3 to i5. when i got back the laptop it was working fine. only after i updated my BIOS i started getting TPM error on boot up which would give me option of esc or f10 to confirm"

i would always give esc as f10 was to do with removing the security feature ( my understanding ) however finally i did hit f10 and thereafter this happened

Hope this will help you in assisting me, system details are there in the initial part of this thread.

So I'm talking about the driver for your graphics card and not your BIOS and or Windows. This is accessible through your Control Panel > Device Manager. You will then see a list of hardware in your computer. You need to look for the one for your Graphics Card and try to update first. see if that fixes the issue. If that doesn't work, try to roll it back. And if that doesn't work, go to your computer's manufacturer's website and grab the driver that you need for your graphics card there and install. A quick google search can help you through these steps.

Let us know what happens.

Cheers!
