Unable to right click task bar items in Windows 10

I'm able to left click the start icon, my task bar shortcuts, and the tray icons, but I can't right click any of them. Nothing happens. However, I can't left click the clock to show the calendar, or the notification center. Night light doesn't work at all anymore either, even from Settings, and I can't even open the Notification center at all anymore. It all seems so random.

It seems like my taskbar is just completely broken. Any possible fixes?

I updated to the latest version of www.startisback.com . . . 2.9.13 . . . That fixed it

It would be good if Win update didn't break 7+Taskbar Tweaker, also

So I came here to see why my steam taskbar icon was not showing me a right-click menu at all. I realized that my problem only happens when I have my taskbar set to a monitor that is not set as my main monitor. If I move the taskbar back to my main it works again. Any clue how to fix that or is this just something I have to deal with?
