Hi Kaloyan, that screenshot is not coming through, please try that again . ..

This can be caused by a number of things, it could be that your settings are synced and the OneDrive system has mixed up your settings with someone else's, it may also be that you have inadvertently downloaded some utility that is causing this.

Either way, I would not worry too much, if it was some virus or something like that, it would not change your desktop wallpaper, so as to alert you it was on your PC

Go to Settings Accounts - Sync Your Settings - turn that off . . .

Please provide a screenshot of that image and i will try to resolve this
How to provide a screenshot:

Click your Start Button, type snip and hit Enter - this will open the Snipping Tool

Set Mode to Full Screen, then click New to take a screenshot

Save that file to your Desktop and close the Snipping Tool

Then in your next Post, click the second last button on the toolbar above your post to select that image and upload it to your post . . ..

Hi Kaloyan. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 9 year Windows MVP, here to help you.

Do you have a slideshow set up? Check at Settings > Personalization > Background. Nobody who'd hack your PC would bother changing the theme.

What I'd do is go to the Themes tab there and choose one of WIndows 10's spectacular Theme slideshows, with many more free choices at the link to store: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/collectio.... These are some of the most expensive pictures ever taken which will display much richer than any pictures we humans could take.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

This is the screenshot of desktop with this strange picture. My sync settings were off. And I haven't got this picture on my computer or OneDrive, I am not on a slideshow. This is my normal wallpaper.

That looks like some Setup app that's having you choose various Desktop backgrounds with Settings included to choose there on the screen. Not anything a hacker would do. It could be in the Setup for a new PC that hasn't been uninstalled yet. The other backgrounds are standard. They may have included a sample B/W picture to compare. It's not anything else I'd worry about unless it starts talking to you or things start moving.

To be absolutely surest
Run full scans with the most powerful on-demand free scanners Malwarebytes and AdwCleaner:
https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcle....

Clean up anything they find, restart PC and then run both scans again until they come up clean.

Then check for damaged System Files: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow...

Go through Settings > Apps > Apps & Features with a fine tooth comb to uninstall anything you don't want or need, especially anything on the day in question which you can reorder at the top by Date.
