Display became too dark after installing Fall Creators Update

Today I installed the Fall Creators Update for my PC, using the update assistant, after this update, everything is fine, but the display became too dark, it's not about the brightness, I think it is the contrast or gamma issue, blacks have become too black that I can't see everything properly, I'm using a Nvidia GTX 750 Ti GPU(graphics drivers are up to date) with LG IPS monitor. In the nvidia control panel, I changed the desktop color settings to "use nvidia settings" , that solved the problem and made the display normal, but after a reboot, the dark display comes back again.
Did you try using the built in Color Calibrator in Windows 10 to see if the changes you apply stick?

It could be a compatibility issue with your video adapter.

You can try uninstalling the current driver then downgrad to an older driver to see if it helps.
