Hi,

Apologize for the difficulties that you're experiencing regarding this issue and also for the delay in getting back to you.

I suggest you to boot the system Safe Mode with Networking and then try to change the password.

Safe mode with Networking starts Windows in safe mode and includes the network drivers, services needed to access the Internet or other computers on your network. Here's how:

1. Restart your PC. When you get to the sign-in screen, hold the Shift key down while you select Power > Restart.

2. After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup

    Settings > Restart.

3. After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options, Select 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

4. Press Windows key + I and then select Accounts > Sign-in options > PIN to change the password and check if

    it resolves the issue.

Note: Please restart the computer to start in normal mode.

Please post back with the status of the issue and we will be glad to assist you further.

Thank you.

Thank you.
