Login Screen Loop

Hello, on my Windows 10 PC that I updated today, whenever I type in my password it says, "Just a moment..." for a few minutes and then it takes me back to the Lock screen. And it's like that, Rinse and repeat.

Can somebody help me?

Do you ever get to eventually log in? If you do, try the following:

Open Start > Settings > Accounts > sign-in options
Scroll down to Privacy

Toggle off

Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device after an update or restart.

If not, try signing in using Safe Mode:
Log out and go to the sign in screen.
Hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power button on the screen.
Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart.
Continue to hold down the shift key until the Advanced Recovery Options menu appears.
Click Troubleshoot
Click Advanced options
Click Startup Settings
Click Restart
Press (4) to Enable Safe Mode
Wait while Windows 10 starts in safe mode.

If you still can't log in, try signing into the local Administrator account:

Hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power button on the screen.
Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart.
Continue to hold down the shift key until the Advanced Recovery Options menu appears.
Click Troubleshoot
Click Advanced options
Click Command Prompt

At the command prompt, type:
net user administrator /active:yes

Hit Enter

Close command prompt, restart, then try signing into the Administrator account.
Best,
Andre
