I cannot sign in to Xbox App with a Microsoft Account

Original Title: Windows 10 account problem.

I went to the Xbox App today and it kept having the error that I cannot sign in.

I had no idea why this was happening.

I went to Settings > Accounts and then waited for it to load.

It does not load.

I'm really frustrated now as I cannot sign in with a Microsoft Account.

I live in Singapore so Cortana doesn't work for me but I changed my country to the US and tried to fix it.

During the set up of Cortana when I press the button Sign In, nothing happens.

Please someone help me.
