How to remove parental controls in Windows 10

A while ago I blocked a gaming app on my son's laptop using parental controls.  Recently I decided to unblock the app, using parental controls, however he still can't access it.  The error message says it's blocked by parental controls.  I have checked the parental controls and there is nothing blocked now, what have I missed?

Have you tried to reboot the PC? Make sure that you followed the steps in this support article: How do I turn off family features?

If the issue still persists, I suggest that you create a local account. Please refer to this support article: Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10.
