Dsi Action Replay issue

I decided to use my old action replay on windows 10 but every time I try to get the USB recognized error 52 appears. I've tried all the options to fix this but none are working.
Hi icoleharding,

According to their forum, this is because that USB device only comes with 32bit device drivers installed on it. Are you running the 64bit version of Windows 10?

Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

Go to System - About

Under System Type, what is reported for Windows and your Processor?

Yes the processor is a 64 bit, but what can i do since the other "quick fixes" don't work?

Hi Nicole, is your Windows 32bit or 64bit - that will be printed beside the processor information . ..

Yes it is a Windows 64bit processor as I stated above.

Hi Nicole, you will need to check their website to see if they have a version that runs on Windows 10 64bit . . .
