How I can add a guest account in windows 10

HI,

Is there any option to add guest option in windows 10? "Add someone else to this PC" option in the family & other users settings requires e-mail ID of the sign in persons. But I want to create an account which all my friends can access without having administrative power.

where is the answer

 The answer was stated twice as followed:

1. Go to settings

2. Account

3. Family & other users

4. Under other users... "Add someone else to this PC"

5. Select "the person that I want to add doesn't have an email address"

6. At the bottom of the next box, select "Add a user without a Microsoft account"

7. Type in a new username and password(optional), and you should now have a new user account under "other users".
