I can’t open my computer

When I was using my computer, it suddenly turned off by itself. And when I open it again, it is just a black screen with a line flashing on the screen. How to fix it, pls teach me, Im busy with my homework. Thanks.

Hi MandarinTHG,

Do you have any other drives or discs attached or plugged into your PC, if so remove them.

Then press and hold the Power Button on your laptop for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a hard shut down

Then restart your laptop

Upon restart, please report back each screen you get in startup - Manufacturers logo , , , etc.
