Laptop low battery warning

After the latest update my laptop has stopped warning me when the battery is low and just shuts down ?

Acer 5732 Z

Step 1: Make your system up-to-date

- Till Today: Windows 10 Version 1607(OS Build 14393.10)

- To check your latest build:

Windows Key + R --> run window will open --> type winver and press enter --> about windows window will open --> check whether you have latest build

If your system is not up-to-date: Update it through any method

Method 1: Microsoft - "Update now"

Method 2: Microsoft - "Download tool now"

- If your system is up-to-date and still getting the same error proceed to step 2

Step 2: Power Option

Disable energy saving mode in Windows 10

  1. Click Start
  2. Type Power Option and press enter to open it
  3. In Power Option window, on right panel under "Choose or Customize a power pan" --> Selected Plan there is a Balanced.
  4. Then click on Change plan settings
  5. This will open Edit plan Setting window
  6. Make Turn off the display to NEVER in both Battery & Plugged In(Optional)
  7. Make Put the computer to sleep to NEVER in both Battery & Plugged In(Optional)
  8. Then click on Save Changes(If changed)
  9. Click Change advanced power settings to open Power Option window
  10. In that expand (+) Battery
    1. Option 1:You can change setting
    2. Option 2: Restore plan defaults
    3. Press Apply and OK, to save it
  11. You are done!

  12. Note:
    1. Battery: It will do accordingly when system is on Battery Mode(Charger is not Plugged)
    2. Plugged In: It will do accordingly when system is on Plugged In to wall(Charger is Plugged In)

step 2: Power Option

  1. Press Windows Key
  2. Type Power Option and press enter to open it.
  3. Power Option window will open, In that expand (+) Battery
    1. You can change setting.

    This option is NOT available.
