Windows 10 Task Manager CPU High CPU Time

Whenever I open task manager and go to app history this always shows up. I'm just a little concerned and my boot is longer than usual. Windows Search seems to be the cause and I've tried disabling it.

What is that date 12/10/15 all about?  It is still November not December.

I live in New Zealand so the way we write our date format is (day/month/year)

Still a bit confused, because that would then be October 12th 2015.  I have Cortana in my list rather than search and in one day she used 1:45 CPU time and 2.9 MB Network so dependent upon how many days seems your numbers would be good for search? But I admit this is a bit new to me studying these numbers.
