windows 10 stop code: system service exception, failed: tcpip.sys

After Windows 10 updated on my system, i am continually receiving the stop code: system service exception, failed: tcpip.sys blue screen.  my system shuts down and reboots.  i try to uninstall the updates and my computer runs fine. then the updates reinstall and my computer continually fails with the stop code and failure notice.  i tried to go back to a restore point but it seems now that windows 10 will not allow me to choose an older restore point.  i had this same failure over the last year or so.  I would then revert to an old restore point and my computer would run fine -- and it has up until this last update i think originally occurred in June 2018.  how do i resolve this problem?  i cannot afford to ditch my computer now and get a new one.  if i do have to purchase a new one, i may switch operating systems.  please help me resolve my issue.  thank you.
It may help to look at the minidump files from the blue screen crashes.

Can you zip up the minidump files in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and make available (provide link) via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

Here's a link on using OneDrive:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/onedrive/sha...

If you have problems zipping the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the Desktop.

Also, you do not necessarily have to zip up the minidump files, you can upload them one at a time.

Hi Elizabeth, to diagnose the underlying issue, I need to analyse your Mini-dump file(s):

Open Windows File Explorer

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Zip up the contents of that folder

If you have problems zipping those files, copy them out onto your Desktop and zip them from there

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)

Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

As the minidump file does reference the tcpip.sys and there appears to be an old version of the Realtek LAN driver installed try updating the Realtek LAN driver (10.028) :

Can you provide the following information which may help determine any issue(s):

Windows Key + R > type msinfo32 in the "Open" box  > OK > File > Save > then save as an .nfo file

Then make the resulting .nfo file available via OneDrive.

Also, can you do the following:

Windows Key + R > type eventvwr in the "Open" box > OK > expand "Custom Views" and then right-click "Administrative Events" > select "Save all events in Custom View As" and save as an .evtx file

Then make the resulting .evtx file available via OneDrive.

Windows Error Reporting is saying the errors appear to be memory related:

Windows Error Reporting Fault bucket MEMORY_CORRUPTION_ONE_BYTE, type 0
Event Name: BlueScreen

I might suggest to check the physical RAM with a memory tester such as Memtest86:
