White bar on top of Windows Explorer and browser apps on Windows 10

We have a few users experiencing graphical issues.

Sometimes they have a white bar on top of their Windows Explorer and their browser apps.

A temporary fix for the browser apps is pressing f11 twice.

But is there a permanent fix?

The users are using build 1703.

Hi Caseum,

There are several reasons why you are getting graphics issues with Windows 10 build 1703. in this case, some of the components of your graphics driver is corrupted or needs to be updated. To isolate your concern properly, kindly answer the following:

  • Are you connected via domain server? If yes, it would be best to post your query in TechNet forums. Here's the link. Please click the "Ask a question ribbon" to create a new thread.
  • How many users and computers are affected on the issue?
  • Have you made any recent hardware or software changes prior to this issue?
  • What's the current build of the computer? Press Windows key + R and then type WINVER.

Meanwhile, you may follow these steps:

Step # 1: Perform a clean boot. It helps eliminate software conflict. Kindly follow the steps on this link.

Step # 2: Update the graphics driver. Open Device Manager> Display Driver> Right click the driver> Properties> Driver tab> Update Driver> Restart your computer.
