What to do with the windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log from the SFC scan?

I am finding solution to my problem in starting some modules in my Laptop. I found in the internet that SFC /scannow may resolve the problem. But it said

"Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag."

What I'm gonna do now with the CBS log file?

Can you please provide some detail on the original problem you were experiencing before sunning sfc . . .

If Sfc produced error it could not fix, you should then run this command, which will take a little longer and then tun sfc again after restarting your PC . . .

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
