To better assist you with your concern, we would like to ask few information:
- Are you getting any error messages when trying to access the folder? If yes, what is the exact error message? A screenshot would be better.
- What is the name of the folder where the file is located?

@ Robert Caw,
Thank you for your quick reply, and yes I need further assistance.
I don't use MS Office 2016/Outlook 365, the MS Office package that is installed on the computer is a desktop version, it's update takes place when I turn on the laptop and with an update notification in advance.
For example there was an update on 12/05-2017 for MS Office 2010 Pro Plus.
OneDrive is also not used here, so there's no need to sync.
Why was an outbound connection attempted while the computer is off?
What can / should I do with the WindowsApp >> BrowserCore folder? Can I remove/uninstalled the WindwosApp folder?
Thank you for your feedback.
